Hotel Policy & Booking Conditions

Reservations:

We will not charge your card at time of reservation. It will be charged upon check in.v

Your booking is confirmed without any payment, you can pay the complete amount at the property at time of check in.

Reservation Disclaimer:

Rooms are held until 5pm on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive later than 8pm, you MUST notify the hotel directly and arrange for a late arrival. Reservations canceled within three days of the reservation date will be charged one night plus tax (30 days for holidays and special events).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to the date of your reservation. Please enter the dates of your stay on the booking system and check what conditions apply to your preferred reservation dates.

Pets:

If you are traveling with a pet, you MUST notify the hotel prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $20 per night per pet.

Smoking:

All of our rooms are non-smoking.

If you do not see the room type you need, please give us a call directly. There may be other options for you.

Our goal is to provide a wonderful experience in the desirable location of Palm Desert, CA.
